Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, electric and gas heating, and a fan. The property features step-free access, a crib, and mountain views. Step out onto your private covered terrace or one of the two private balconies—perfect spots to relax and enjoy nature. The shared garden provides more outdoor space, and you can prepare meals on your private barbecue. Shared parking for 4 vehicles is available on the premises. Up to 2 pets are allowed, but not in the bedrooms. Smoking is permitted except in the bedrooms. Events are not allowed. For entertainment, there is shared table tennis. Please note that video recording is in operation in the outdoor patio for security. Open fires, fireworks, and firecrackers are not permitted. Upon departure, please leave the house tidy, dispose of garbage in the outdoor bins, and return furniture to its original place. Waste separation and recycling are mandatory. The chalet is surrounded by nature, close to Montserrat Monastery, equestrian centers, hiking trails, and the Pla de Bages wine region. Barcelona is only a 30-minute drive, and Manresa is 15 minutes away. We do not allow events or parties; our aim is to provide a relaxing family retreat.
